MSFL was co-sponsored by China Minsheng Banking Corporation Ltd. (CMBC) and Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Investment Co., Ltd., total registered capital of RMB 3.2 billion, China Minsheng Banking Corporation Ltd. invested RMB 2.6 billion, accounting for 81.25% of registered capital, and Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Investment Co. invested RMB 600 million, accounting for 18.75% of registered capital.
In 2009, MSFL total financial leasing business amounted to RMB 18.5 billion and total assets of RMB 23.6 billion. As of the end of December 2009, the company became the leader in the respective market sectors in China leasing industry.
